Hannah Johannesson, 2012 graduate from British Columbia's Institute of Technology, has an enthusiastic and youthful approach to design, and has been transforming homes and spaces in the Fraser Valley and beyond for the last 13 years. Her outstanding organizational skills allow her to take on many tasks at one time and meet tight deadlines when required.

    Hannah believes functionality as the essential foundation of any design project. With her extensive expertise in optimizing spaces, in particular, smaller spaces, she adeptly balances practicality and aesthetics to meet your objectives. For Hannah, cultivating the ideal atmosphere in your space is both a commitment and a passion that informs her approach.     Starting out her career as an assistant designer in a small and busy local design firm allowed her to get her feet wet in the business very quickly. She oversaw many projects and assignments, and was a driving force at the firm, seeing vast growth in the company over the 3 years she was employed.

    In 2015, wanting more flexibility to start a family of her own, Hannah decided to leave the firm to start her own venture, Hannah Johannesson Design.  Shortly after, she partnered with local contracting company, Master Painting and Renovations, to guide their clients in all their interior design needs, and continues to do so today. Ten years later, three children, and two dogs, she happily lives a successful & fast paced life, between caring for her three children, and maintaining a busy schedule with contractors and clients to achieve their design needs.
